OKSANA KULAKOVA, EMBA

Ms. Kulakova brings over 15 years of international experience in strategy, transformation and business development, gained through senior consulting, corporate leadership and independent advisory roles. Her expertise spans product strategy, organisational transformation and international business development across financial services, technology, media, innovation, international development and the public sector.

Oksana Kulakova leads the development of Blacktower Street’s strategy and management consulting practice, covering business strategy, transformation, organisational development and corporate governance, with a particular focus on emerging markets.

During her career, she held senior roles in Strategy & Transformation at PwC in Switzerland and Central and Eastern Europe, where she developed and managed a substantial client portfolio. She also served as Group Organisational Strategy Lead at a technology and telecommunications holding company, working directly with the CEO and Board on group-wide strategy, organisational development and governance.

She currently advises leadership teams across technology, financial services and the public sector and regularly contributes to international business forums as a speaker and moderator, including events held alongside the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos.

She holds a dual MBA from WU Vienna and the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and is fluent in English, German and Russian.
