BERNHARD BAUHOFER

Mr. Bauhofer is the Founder of Sparring Partners and is recognised as one of the pioneers of corporate reputation management in Switzerland and Europe. His advisory work integrates reputation, leadership, communications, corporate governance and stakeholder management. He is an Advisory Board Member at Blacktower Street, advising the firm on corporate and executive reputation, external communications, stakeholder positioning and strategic communication.

Over the course of his international career, he has advised organisations across financial services, asset management, retail, technology and other industries. Before founding Sparring Partners, he held senior management positions in Europe, the United States and Latin America.

At Blacktower Street, he supports the development of the firm’s external positioning and communications framework, with particular emphasis on corporate reputation, leadership communication, stakeholder engagement and the long-term positioning of the Blacktower Street brand.

He holds a degree in Sociology from Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, with a focus on statistics, empirical social research, economics and business, and completed the MBA Highlights programme at Columbia Business School Executive Education.
